The Chef

Chef Sébastien Heloin has worked in several important  establishments.

The Ministry of National Education, JAMIN with Benoit Guichard,

 the RITZ with Michel Roth and Guy Legay, the SCRIBE with Yannick Alleno,

and finally BRISTOLwith Eric Frechon.

All had a decisive impact on his vision of cooking and life:

rigor, determination but also humanity and sharing.
It was in Paris, in Montmartre, that he finally realized his lifelong dream:

open the doors of his own restaurant, Seb'On.
Here, the cuisine varies according to the seasons and suppliers.
